We are proud to announce that we have just signed an order with a very important Argentinian company active in the field of aluminium profiles since 40 years.
The line of the firm set in Buenos Aires will be the most advanced solution in all South America.
In fact, the order includes a Vertical Powder Coating Plant with 2 booths operating in parallel with powder recovery circuit, a vision system for profiles to be installed by the Vertical Powder Coating Plant and an Ezy "powder on powder" wood effect decoration line for aluminium profiles.
The Argentinian company has chosen SAT and its state-of-the-art solution in order to achieve the best possible quality and the greater flexibility towards its customers.
Great attention has been given also to the environmental question: SAT lines are guarantee of high standards of performance aiming at meeting sustainability requirements.
The high efficency cyclone for the powder recovery , the use of materials granting thermal insulation, the chrome-free cycle for aluminium surface conversion makes SAT plants the most green and advanced solutions now available on the market.
Moreover, SAT plants are warranty of high productivity and reduction of waste. For example, the choice of 2 new "V" shape powder coating booths working in parallel aloows to clean one booth while sprayingpowder in the other one, avoiding any loss of production related with colour changes.
From this point of view,a very relevant role is played by the Vision System, that is able to see the cross section of the profiles that are loaded on the line with the aim to provide a receipt for the setting of the electrostatic guns. This aspect becomes fundamental for different reasons: firstly, for the repeatability of the results on the final products, then to improve the quality of the coating layer and finally for powder saving.
Finally, the order signed by the Argentinian Company includes the supply of an Ezy "powder on powder" wood effect decoration line for aluminium profiles.
With 56 plants installed worldwide since 2005, the powder on powder effect allows to reach high production standards, with low operating costs and reduced men labour.
The designs, carried out by means of a decorative drum, are dynamic and the finishings - as result of 2 layers of powder - are guarantee of high resistance even in the most harsh environmental conditions.
